  • Q : 1 Are you a licensed company?

    Yes. We are licensed by the public carriage office as a Private Hire operator by Transport for London. Our Operator number is 0102460101 – You can go to the Transport For London website and check our number. You can also do this with each driver that we use for bookings. As governed by Transport for London we have to be a licensed operator and that requires Public Liability insurance as well as individual passenger and car insurance for each vehicle we operate.

  • Q : 2 How safe are your cars?

    Every one of our cars is no more than 3 years old which means they each have been put through and meet the very latest vehicle industry safety standard requirements. And because our cars are top-of-the-range, you can be sure you are travelling in one of the safest cars on the road today

  • Q : 3 Do you take last-minute bookings?

    Yes. We only require 2 hours notice for bookings within London. Please note vehicle are subject to availability.

  • Q : 4 How do I pay?

    You can pay online or by e Invoice via 3D secure payments. We accept all major debit and credit cards, however, there is no surcharge for credit cards and Amex. Debit cards have no charge.

  • Q : 5 Can I pay the driver cash?

    Yes, We require all bookings to be paid for in advance.

  • Q : 6 Will I incur any extra charges if my plane is delayed or cancelled by the airline?

    We will always track your flights and enter the terminal accordingly after the landing time. If your flight is delayed by 30-45mins, no charges will apply. If your flight is seriously delayed (i.e. over 1 hour or more) then waiting time charges will apply because the chauffeur is restricted to do another assignment nor would be cost-effective for the company to send another chauffeur for a later landing. If your flight is cancelled by the airline, full charges will apply.

  • Q : 7 We have children travelling with us, can you provide child/infant seats?

    Yes. Please tell us the ages of the children and we can provide one child seat free of charge. Additional child seats are charged £30 per a seat.

  • Q : 8 Will I be given my driver’s name and number?

    Absolutely! You will be sent the drivers details the evening before or 2hours prior schedule. Our chauffeurs will contact you upon arrival at the pick-up point.

  • Q : 9 How do I find my driver at the airport?

    Chauffeurs will truck all flights and will wait for you in the arrival hall (after baggage claim) with a name board.

  • Q : 10 Can I smoke or eat in the car?

    No. We operate a strict no eating or smoking (including e-cigarettes) policy in all our vehicles.

  • Q : 11 Will the car be clean?

    Yes. We ensure the highest standard of maintenance on every car inside and out. Our cars are valeted before each journey.

  • Q : 12 What do I do if I can’t locate my driver?

    Please call us 02084886802 and our admin team will help you find your driver.

  • Q : 13 Can I save money by open a corporate account?

    Yes. Corporate Members will get 10% discount for every Journey, T & Cs apply.

  • Q : 14 Where is your chauffeur base and do you charge from base to pick point?

    Our chauffeur base is in Edgware and we are the first and only chauffeur company in London that offers inside M 25 circle free pick up from our base subject to your requirements.
